Support the Farm and Our Local Community!

The farm relies on memberships and donations to stay afloat.

We hope you will assist the Community Farm in providing fresh, healthy, organic produce
to our low-income and housing-insecure friends and neighbors
by donating to the Community Farm Donated Shares Program!
Please consider making a donation of any amount.

The Community Farm of Ann Arbor started this program in 2024. We raised over $3,000 from organizations and individuals, which was enough to purchase three farm shares. Every week, we were able to deliver several large boxes of fresh vegetables
to Peace House in Ypsilanti, which distributed the food to those in need.

All donated money will be used to pay for fresh vegetables to distribute to those in need. No administrative fees are charged on these donations. We need donations now so we can plan for the soon-arriving growing season. If we receive enough, we’ll be able to provide food through the winter as well as summer and fall.

We’d be glad to make a brief presentation – we have slides, fliers, and a display board we can bring to you, or present over Zoom.

The Community Farm of Ann Arbor has been a warm, spiritual, community-based CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) provider for over thirty years, lovingly growing food based on biodynamic farming methods. We invite you to explore farm membership, as well as to make a donation.

Please let us know if you would like to talk further or schedule a presentation. Thank you for all you do for our community!

By donating to the Community Farm of Ann Arbor, you are

  • Ensuring that our land, buildings, equipment, and animals are well cared for, even in years when our costs are higher than our members can cover.
  • Supporting and preserving knowledge about and the practice of biodynamic farming.
  • Helping us pay our farmers a living wage.
  • Helping provide stipends for interns who want to learn about healthy farming methods by spending their summer working on the farm.
